Astronic, a leading Electronic Contract Manufacturer in Southern California, announces the completion and launch of their first Micro Assembly Manufacturing Line, in a continued effort to provide “one-stop” shopping for all level of Customers with Electronic Manufacturing Requirements.

The Micro Assembly line is populated by brand new cutting edge machinery from Palomar Technologies, a longtime industry leader and a world supplier of Micro Assembly equipment. Die Handling, Die Bonding, Wire Bonding, Pull and Shear Testing, plus a Plasma Cleaning system are the heart of the new assembly line.  The new assembly line is contained within a new 3000sq/ft Class 10000 Cleanroom.

 

Astronic has been a Turnkey CM in southern CA for over 30 years, supplying Quality assemblies to Aerospace, Industrial Control Companies, as well as commercial products for general use.  Astronic is an ISO 9000, ISO 13485 (Medical Devices), and AS9100 Certified Company.
