Astronic has implemented stress free de-paneling of circuit board assemblies by integrating an industrial level PCB Router for clean and precise de-paneling .
Like another tool in the tool chest, the PCB Router allows for stress free singulation of PCBs.  The high speed router bit imparts virtually no torque or damaging vibration into the assemblies as they are separated, and dedicated fixturing can provide absolute control of PCBA finished dimensions, often so critical in todays world of electronic assembly.
